Il y a un trio de Texans : Windom (Richard JAECKEL), Thayden (William SANDERSON) et Billy (Dan SHOR) qui ont conçu et construit une époustouflante voiture de l’an 2000, à la fois œuvre d’art et monstre technologique qu’ils ont baptisée « Black Moon – Lune Noire » et qu’ils amènent à Los Angeles afin d’intéresser à sa construction d’importants investisseurs étrangers.
